We dug into the real mechanics of Asian tech going global: why China's supply chain advantage is only half the battle, what it takes to build an app that forms habits (not just downloads), and why for hardware companies, shipping is the middle of the story- not the end. Ronen made a great point about creative becoming the new differentiator in a world flooded with Al-generated apps Cheryl was equally direct: you can't build a global brand by flying into your target market twice a year.
